Shipping Rates and Delivery Time

  1. Shipping Rates: 
    • Ireland (ROI & NI): 1.99 EUR for small items, and between 3.99-5.99 for large items. 
    • UK+EU: 1.99 EUR for small items, 6.99 EUR for large items
    • US: 1.99 EUR for small items, 8.99 EUR for large items
  2. Ready to dispatch:
    • All orders are ready to ship within the same business day if placed before 2pm
    • Ordered placed after 2 pm will be shipped the next business day.
  3. Delivery time after dispatch:
    • Ireland: 1-2 business days
    • UK + EU: 7-9 business days
    • US: 9-11 business days
  4. We process your orders in the following stages:
    • Ordered: Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive confirmation from us. Delivery times will be confirmed at checkout.
    • Left Warehouse: When your order has been picked, packed and left our warehouse, we’ll let you know. You will receive the email from us with a tracking link.
      Please be aware that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.
    • (For countries outside Ireland) With local couriers: Our order is with your local courier ready to be delivered. 
    • Shipping to the United States/Outside EU
      Orders shipped to the US/Outside EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility to pay upon delivery. As a guide, current US import duty on goods from the EU is approximately 15%, though the exact amount depends on the product and its classification, and may include additional local taxes or courier handling fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you'd like an estimate before ordering.
