1. May Viet Standard Return Policy

  • Your purchase history on May Viet displays the latest eligible date for a return or replacement, however, we recommend keeping track of all manufacturer packaging and your receipt for a minimum of 14 days after purchase.
  • If you are not satisfied with the goods that you have purchased from May Viet, you may cancel your order and return any items (in their original condition) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
  • If you cancel the order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the order.
  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

2. Return May Viet goods via post

  • If an item you received from May Viet is damaged or defective, or you change your mind, you can return by mail for a refund or replacement within 14 days after you receive the order.
    Items must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns to address 18 Lough Gash Newmarket on Fergus county Clare.
  • The item(s) will be credited to your payment method within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
    1. Send us your details, and order number to our email or chatbot on the website.
    2. We will prepare the return postage label and send it to your email.
    3. Stick the label on your parcel and you are good to go.
    4. The return shipping fee (An Post shipping fee applied) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please rest assured that we will try our best to minimize the cost of the return shipping fee so that you can enjoy the greatest benefit of May Viet.

3. Refunds

  • We refund May Viet returns to your original method of payment.
  • Outbound shipping charges aren’t always refunded upon return. This can include regular and freight shipping, and any shipping surcharges.
  • Debit, and credit card and PayPal refunds will be available in up to 10 business days.
  • If your purchase was made using a debit or credit card, we’ll issue the refund to that same card.
  • If your purchase was a debit transaction, we’ll place the refund on the debit card.
